Background
Personality
Herbie is cheerful, energetic, has a sense of sense of humor, and likes to play practical jokes on people. Initially, no one seemed to know exactly how he is alive, but he seems to run his best with the love that people requite to him. (He always repays that love with a little extra on top.)
